Purdue University Delivers Strategic Doing Training

Join Dr. Scott Hutcheson, Senior Associate at the Purdue Center for Regional Development and Janyce Fadden, Executive in Residence at the University of North Alabama, for this hands-on and teamwork-based certification training in Strategic Doing. Strategic Doing is a new, network-based model for economic and workforce development emphasizing the strategic value of focused collaboration and open innovation in today’s global economy.

Over this two and a half-day intensive training session, you will learn how to harness new methods of open participation and leadership guidance to develop extremely complex projects. This multi-phase training provides a solid grounding in the Strategic Doing discipline, training in how to utilize the practice when working with colleagues or unfamiliar groups, and the dynamic Strategic Doing Game simulation for hands-on experience in participating in and guiding a Strategic Doing session.
