Join Dr. Scott Hutcheson, Senior Associate at the Purdue Center for Regional Development and Janyce Fadden, Executive in Residence at the University of North Alabama, for this hands-on and teamwork-based certification training in Strategic Doing. Strategic Doing is a new, network-based model for economic and workforce development emphasizing the strategic value of focused collaboration and open innovation in today’s global economy.
Over this two and a half-day intensive training session, you will learn how to harness new methods of open participation and leadership guidance to develop extremely complex projects. This multi-phase training provides a solid grounding in the Strategic Doing discipline, training in how to utilize the practice when working with colleagues or unfamiliar groups, and the dynamic Strategic Doing Game simulation for hands-on experience in participating in and guiding a Strategic Doing session.
