    State of the Basin
    An indicator and monitoring program originally developed by Columbia Basin Trust (CBT). Now a project of the Columbia Basin Rural Development Institute (RDI), the State of the Basin initiative involves collecting, analyzing and reporting on indicators in order to build an up-to-date and dynamic picture of the vitality of communities in the Basin-Boundary region.
